Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts on medium complexity projects, serving as contract management lead for strategic accounts, and independently developing and reviewing agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Review Agreements: You will develop and review Master Services Agreements, ensuring proper contract terms are in place.
- Negotiate Agreements: You will lead negotiations for all assigned agreements with moderate management support.
- Contract Knowledge: You will develop and apply knowledge of business units to ensure proper contract terms are included in agreements.
- Change Orders: You will develop and negotiate change orders for assigned projects with management support.
You will work closely with the management team to ensure successful project outcomes and provide cash flow analysis as needed. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
