Job Title: Software Development Expert

We are seeking innovative individuals to contribute to our mission.

As a senior software engineer, you will be part of an agile team. Your passion for ui/ux and software engineering will drive the transformation of our applications.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, ux designers, and developers to analyze requirements and implement robust solutions.

A core part of your role will be leveraging your understanding of responsive design principles, analytics, and integration patterns to turn wireframes and prototypes into high-quality production code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product management, and development teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions;
  • Utilize an understanding of responsive design principles, analytics, and integration patterns to translate wireframes and prototypes into production code;
  • Lead delivery by adhering to well-architected principles, leveraging industry standards for development practices within the team;
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through adherence to test-driven development (tdd), ci/cd, and devsecops practices;
  • Mentor and partner with team members to ensure deliverables meet quality and optimal solutions;
  • Explore and experiment with the latest advancements in ui/ux and ai, incorporating techniques and methodologies into the roadmap and product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in it, computer science, or related areas;
  • Advanced english skills; broad vocabulary and good grammar;
  • Experience building applications using react, javascript, typescript, html, css, and node.js/express;
  • Understanding of application development environments, databases, data management, and infrastructure capabilities and constraints;
  • Experience developing and delivering applications using container technologies (docker, kubernetes);
  • Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members within a product space;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to conducting user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations;
  • Experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders and designers to provide user experience solutions;
  • Experience with large language models (llms) and api integrations.
