Senior Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and support for business operations.

You will work closely with both internal and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for different operation scenarios. Through in-depth data analysis, you will collaborate with the business team to explore and gain insights into operational opportunities.

In addition, you will participate in operation key projects, provide data analysis support, promote project implementation, and share responsibility for project results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data analysis and data support for business operations.
  • Work closely with both internal and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for different operation scenarios.
  • Through in-depth data analysis, collaborate with the business team to deeply explore and gain insights into operational opportunities.
  • Participate in operation key projects, provide data analysis support for projects, promote project implementation, and share responsibility for project results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Background in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis. Top-tier internet companies or consulting firms preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools.
  • Exceptional structured problem-solving skills with strong logical/critical thinking.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and proven track record of driving business improvements through data insights.
  • Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to lead projects in multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in English.
