The Senior Specialist, Products and Solutions will play a key role in driving the strategy, implementation, execution and product management of digital products. This includes leading development of tactics and execution plans, managing go-to-market and commercialization efforts, providing product expertise to internal partners and external customers, identifying opportunities for product adjustments to adapt to market needs, and developing financial business cases in partnership with the team.

  • Develop and execute strategies for digital products, including MDES, Click to Pay, Token Connect, and Agent Pay.">
  • Lead project management and execution skills, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting business objectives.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify investment needs and develop financial business cases.">
  • Provide education and guidance to internal partners and external customers on digital products and their benefits.">

Requirements

This role requires professionals with at least 5 years of experience in payments or related areas, preferably in product management. Candidates must possess sound business judgment, strategic thinking, planning skills, and excellent project management and execution skills. They should also have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, knowledge of API-based products, and ability to translate technical language into business terms.
