We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at JobFinder Spain. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken) plus other languages a bonus.
- Previous experience as an Admin Assistant, PA, Office Admin Assistant or similar.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Computer literate.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management.
- Must have a car and a valid driving licence.
The Offer:
- Excellent work environment.
- Spanish Contract.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- € net per month.
