Executive Recruiter

The role is a hybrid position requiring daily English communication. It involves hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This job is suitable for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in HR and operations.

Key responsibilities include participating in hiring and talent hunting activities, supporting people operations and administrative processes, communicating with clients when needed, and operating with autonomy, focusing on problem-solving and process improvement.

Requirements include English proficiency, living in Florianópolis – SC, interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have qualifications include previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduated degree, and soft skills such as proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.

As a contractor, compensation includes R$2.5K with potential increase to R$5k after 6 months.
