Job Description

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Lead a team of production supervisors to meet plant production goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee the troubleshooting of production, quality, and equipment problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize discharge of hazardous pollutants.
  • Ensure products are produced within budget and to quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience working in a chemical or API manufacturing environment.
  • 5 years of experience supervising process engineers and manufacturing personnel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
