As a key professional in payroll operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our payment processes. You will be responsible for performing monthly payroll processing, including handling vacation requests, terminations, bonuses, transfers, and related tasks.

You will also ensure accurate payroll closing through data collection, reconciliation, policy application, and compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, you will manage ancillary obligations such as tax reporting and ensure correct payment of charges (social security, taxes, etc.).

Your responsibilities will also include providing efficient support to employees at all levels, documenting and updating payroll procedures, monitoring changes in labor and social security laws, supporting internal and external audits, and assisting accounting departments in payroll-related tasks.

You will also participate in time and absence management activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and take part in other business support activities.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. You should have proven experience with payroll routines, knowledge of labor laws, advanced English skills, and analytical thinking.

A strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented approach, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential for this role.
