Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Content Coordinator to join our team. As a Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Recruitment and communication with partners (operators)
- Quality control of operators' work
- Operators' work results analysis
- Content localization to Spanish (UX localization, new in-app texts like push notifications, auto requests, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Communication: Collaborate with partners to recruit and onboard new operators, ensuring seamless communication and onboarding processes.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on operators' work to ensure high-quality content and adherence to company standards.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operators' work results and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Content Localization: Localize content to Spanish, including UX localization, new in-app texts, push notifications, and auto requests, to ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Writing Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders.
- Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in Recruitment or Community Management: Possess experience in recruitment or community management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
