Key Responsibilities:
- Technical management of safety teams.
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams.
- Develop and implement functional safety processes.
- Drive a safety culture within the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing safety-critical functions.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in functional safety management.
- Strong understanding of system engineering practices and electronic control devices.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Ability to define and develop new processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Functional safety certification.
- Management/Leadership training.

This position requires high analytical skills to understand complex systems and identify potential safety risks. The job holder will lead global operations, providing strategic direction and technical guidance to teams.
