Job Overview

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in civil engineering with experience in land development design projects.

  • Manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring effective completion of projects on time and within scope.
  • Meet regularly with clients to discuss project progress and provide updates.
  • Prepare proposals for new and existing clients, including estimation of project fees.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, 8+ years of professional experience, and a PE license in the required state. Additional certifications such as Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) or Professional Planner (PP) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-discipline design projects from schematic design through construction.
  • Coordinate permits through regulatory agencies for large-scale, complex projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers to develop stormwater management strategies, utility coordination, and erosion and sediment control design.
