Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PI Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing PI historians, AF SQL servers, and working with other analysts to create workflow tags on in-country PI historians.


Responsibilities
  • Manage PI historians (access, new tags, security, interfaces)
  • Manage AF SQL servers (access, security, create/edit new databases)
  • Work with PI analysts to create workflow tags on in-country PI historians for workflow output

RequirementsSkills and Qualifications
  • Able to work in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical skills, and employ judgment for problem resolution
  • Translate data requirements into business processes and vice versa
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high English proficiency
  • Leadership skills to promote ideas, coordinate activities, and plan deliverables within a team
Technical Skills
  • 2+ years supporting PI and/or PI AF
  • Understanding of sensor data and PI AF client
  • Experience with databases, templates, analyses, and attributes in PI AF
  • SME for AF Builder tool; able to train analysts
  • Knowledge of PI tags, databases, and interfaces (OPC UA/OPC DA/PItoPI/PI System Connector)
  • Designing interfaces for high-resolution data and troubleshooting
  • Data archive system skills and configuration for high tag counts
  • Proficiency in data manipulation tools (TOAD, Access, Excel) and applications (VB, SQL, etc.)
  • Understanding of DevOps, Agile, and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of programming languages and coding skills
Nice to Have
  • Certification - PI System Infrastructure Specialist
  • English Advanced
Additional Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess excellent technical skills. A strong understanding of PI systems and software is essential for this position.
