Job Summary

As a Cloud Solution Engineer at Oracle, you will play a key role in designing, demonstrating, and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. You will work closely with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to drive Oracle Cloud customer consumption and accelerate the adoption of Oracle cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions that meet customer business needs.
  • Display product/application understanding through customized presentation demonstrations to customers and at conferences and events.
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
  • Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
  • Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
  • Create and distribute technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations).
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
