We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Building Attendant. This role is perfect for anyone looking for work outside of regular business hours.

The Saucon Valley Country Club offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a picturesque private club retreat setting. Our team is committed to serving our members and their guests with outstanding hospitality.

This position involves performing front desk duties, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, pro shop, and reception area, and maintaining the overall appearance of the building and courts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and welcoming members, checking members and guests into fitness and tennis facilities, booking courts and lessons, answering the phone, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensuring that the front desk, pro shop, and reception area are kept clean and organized.
  • Stocking water, towels, and supplies around the building and courts.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the building, including the fitness center, bathrooms, paddle hut, tennis courts, and lobby area.
  • Sweeping, lining, and watering indoor tennis courts.
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as updating and filing records, as needed.

You will also have the opportunity to assist the racquets and fitness departments as needed, and become knowledgeable of club rules and emergency procedures.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
