Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Engineers and IT Professionals to support our customers with product issues, questions, set-ups, troubleshooting, and warranties.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who have experience with server class setups, Linux, and virtualization. You will be working closely with our field service technicians and support personnel to resolve customer queries and provide exceptional service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve processes
