Job Purpose

As a Latam Logistics Procurement Senior Manager, you will lead innovations and strategies that will drive business growth and success. You will work with brilliant business leaders and colleagues in a truly global and diverse culture to become a better professional. If you are passionate about procurement logistics and supply chain E2E strategy and implementation in a dynamic environment and data-driven decision-making, this role is perfect for you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interface with Customer Operations stakeholders to ensure clear business needs, communication, and alignment on ways of work.
  • Co-lead Customer Operations and Procurement Logistics strategy and roadmap.
  • Define and execute the right sourcing plan, strategy, and tactical implementation to leverage market opportunities.
  • Manage and develop a high-performance team, generating a healthy work environment, focusing on diversity, inclusion, deliverables, and business sustainability.
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Develop and implement Logistic strategy, aligned with local needs and in close cooperation with the global procurement team.
  • Analyze and develop a deep understanding of the supply markets, including external economic factors that influence those markets.
  • Identify and build partnership with key suppliers and guarantee Supplier compliance (audits, specifications, general terms and conditions).
  • Perform cost modelling and benchmarking analysis, to optimize the end-to-end value chain.
  • Develop contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply security.
  • Monitor overall performance of the supply network and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Deliver bottom line savings by working together with Suppliers, Operations Team, and Transportation to identify and implement cost-saving programs.
  • Provide the business with accurate Transportation price forecasting, including market conditions understanding, price trends, and future markets trends to enable proper budgeting and price forecasting.
  • Contract management.
  • Drive and Implement the Sustainability agenda (e.g., GNV/electric vehicles).
  • Drive and Implement Innovation and Digital agenda (e.g., e-tender, new technologies & capabilities like should cost analysis).
