Urban Mobility Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Mobility Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing urban mobility plans, as well as providing technical support for sustainable urban development projects.

Job Description:

The Urban Mobility Expert will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of a project aimed at revising the Master Plan and developing the city's Mobility Plan. This will involve working closely with the coordination of the project, operational and technical teams, as well as the local project team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the project, including the development of a feasible workplan and the preparation of documents for the participatory diagnostics process.
  • Participate in regional workshops, thematic workshops, and online public consultations.
  • Systematize the results obtained from all participatory activities carried out.
  • Contribute to the consolidation of the Municipal Urban Mobility Plan and the draft of the law.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A postgraduate degree in Engineering, Urban Studies, Architecture and Urbanism or related fields.
  • A minimum of six years of experience providing technical support for the development of urban mobility plans and projects.
  • Professional experience developing urban mobility plans and projects, as well as other initiatives related to sustainable urban mobility in municipalities with characteristics similar to Congonhas, Minas Gerais.
  • Excellent writing and proof-reading skills in Portuguese.
  • Good computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Web search engines.
