Senior Application Modernization Engineer

We are seeking a talented Application Modernization Specialist to lead and execute software modernization projects.
The ideal candidate will have a background in software architecture and extensive experience leading complex IT transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of software modernization projects, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to modern architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities for modernization and develop strategies for successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during modernization efforts, including expertise in migrating legacy systems to modern languages.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture, strategies, and technical details for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software modernization.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience as a Software Architect or Senior Developer focused on IT transformation and modernization projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in software architecture principles, design patterns, and migration techniques.
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
