This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sales orders and contracted services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage billing blocks daily, resolving pricing issues to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Ensure timely completion of flat fee submissions to meet business objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries sent to the billing mailbox.
- Process manual debits per divisional contact direction to maintain financial integrity.
- Enter PO corrections and updates as necessary to reflect changes in business operations.
- Correct incorrect flat fee census invoices to prevent financial discrepancies.
- Provide master data updates for misaligned bill-to accounts to enhance data accuracy.
- Review and address undeliverable invoices sent via email to minimize lost revenue.
