The Opportunity

Job Description


Retail Managers are owners of the Retail business, responsible for managing inputs by driving selection, securing great prices, and increasing convenience/speed to accelerate Amazon's flywheel. They focus on strategically relevant vendors and holdouts, auditing and escalating lower-tiered vendor performance.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Account management, project or program management, or buying experience;
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotion or inventory management;
  • A Master's degree;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or SQL;
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions;
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration;
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management.


Benefits


At Amazon Brazil, we offer a competitive salary range of R$ 15,000 - R$ 25,000 per month, depending on your location and experience. This position also offers opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
