EHS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join our dynamic team at Spirax-Sarco Engineering. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of our EHS, Sustainability, and Quality culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and evolve our existing EHS system to improve safety culture
- Implement EQHS plans and promote continuous improvement through procedures, training, campaigns, initiatives, and projects
- Drive sustainability culture through the implementation of our One Planet Strategy
- Monitor compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations
- Evolving and implementing EHS policies and procedures in readiness for ISO certifications and compliance with legal and group standards
- Proven experience working in the EHS area
- Experience working with projects and environmental licensing processes
- Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Experience and strong understanding of ISO9001, 14001, 45001
- Intermediate English preferred
