Senior Revenue Analyst

At Quorum, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue-related processes. This includes reviewing, maintaining, and improving the order-to-cash process, managing sales order data imports, and overseeing revenue recognition and reconciliation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining revenue forecasts, analyzing general ledger accounts, and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, maintain, and optimize the order-to-cash process for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless and accurate import of sales order data from Salesforce to NetSuite.
• Review, maintain, and reconcile ASC 606 revenue and deferred revenue schedules.
• Be a subject matter expert on invoicing within NetSuite.
• Record and review monthly revenue journal entries, and analyze related general ledger accounts.
• Maintain and update revenue forecasts to support business planning.
• Review, maintain, and reconcile accounts receivable aging reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing, invoicing, and adherence to billing schedules.
• Address and resolve client questions and issues related to billing and accounts receivable.
• Support the month-end close process, ensuring all revenue accounts are properly accounted for.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal control narratives and processes for revenue and accounts receivable.
• Help prepare financial reporting packages and perform variance analysis.
• Support annual audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors.
• Assist with sales tax calculations and compliance.

About You:

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in revenue operations or accounting (ideally in a SaaS environment).
• You possess a strong understanding of revenue recognition standards and their application.
• You exhibit advanced Microsoft Excel skills (prior modeling experience is a huge plus) and have experience working with NetSuite (requirement) and Salesforce (preferred).
• You are experienced in recording journal entries and analyzing financial data.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly.
• You are highly organized with exceptional time management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You have an exceptional eye for detail and strive for accuracy in everything you do.
