Technical Excellence in AI Systems

The Technical Lead for Artificial Intelligence will spearhead the design and architecture of systems developed by multiple teams, ensuring technical superiority and driving impactful solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop systems across teams with seamless integration
  • Establish best practices for engineering and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery and project success
  • Provide solutions to complex technical problems
  • Contribute to technical design and project management

As a key member of the AI & Automation team, you will be responsible for collaborating across teams, providing technical leadership, and contributing to community knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:
  • Experience interacting with systems across teams with synchronous and asynchronous communication
  • Understanding trade-offs in decision-making and managing crisis situations effectively
  • Automation and distributed systems expertise
  • Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph for building and managing language models
