About the Role
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX designer to lead our digital product design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for our digital products, from discovery and research to production-ready UI. This includes working on international and diverse projects, designing highly valuable products that cater to end-users and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Lead end-to-end design process for digital products.
  • Work on international and diverse projects designing highly valuable products.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with clients and stakeholders.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Synthesize user research findings.
  • Collaborate with developers and Project Managers.
  • Presentation and explanation of design rationale.

Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will need to have advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. You should also have experience designing within complex systems or data-intensive environments and a strategic mindset with strong business acumen. Additionally, you must be available to work full-time from 8am to 6pm US Eastern Time and have English as your primary language.
You should also have a Bachelor's Degree in Design or a similar relevant field and at least 7 years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile. Further key qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design.
  • 7+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Able to lead workshops and engage stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
