
High-Converting Marketing Visuals Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a strong understanding of marketing principles and design best practices. We're looking for a skilled Marketing Designer who can develop high-converting visual assets for ads, funnels, and websites.
This is a results-oriented role that requires organization, proactivity, and passion for creative strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing, tech, and executive teams to deliver stunning and effective assets.
Key responsibilities include designing visual assets, maintaining brand guidelines, collaborating with team members, monitoring competitor funnels, and owning light front-end tech tasks. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to the broader marketing strategy with creative insights and ensure project cabinets are consistently organized.
Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for funnels, landing pages, ads, and internal marketing projects
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple affiliated brands
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, iterate, and improve design performance
- Monitor competitor funnels for inspiration and maintain a swipe file of references
- Own light front-end tech tasks (responsive layouts, HTML/CSS tweaks)
- Contribute to the broader marketing strategy with creative insights
- Ensure project cabinets are consistently organized
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of digital marketing design experience
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for web, email, and social media campaigns
- Ability to adapt designs for different brand voices and client audiences
- Familiarity with conversion-focused design principles
- Skilled in basic HTML/CSS for design responsiveness and tweaks, motion graphics, and video editing

- Available to work 9 am – 5 pm U.S. EST
We use Slack, ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Google Drive, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Loom, and Zoom as part of our workflow. If selected, you'll participate in a four-round interview process to assess your skills and fit for the role.
