Cloud Infrastructure Expert

The primary objective of this position is to design, implement, and maintain cloud hosting systems that meet the organization's needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Planning
- Create detailed plans for cloud hosting systems, including capacity planning, software selection, instance allocation, and network architecture.
- Develop systems by executing installation, configuration, and testing of cloud resources.
- Utilize automation and configuration management to ensure repeatability and traceability of changes.
- Managed Services
- Identify and resolve issues with system hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
- Maintain the security and integrity of systems through access controls and monitoring tools, providing written evaluations and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Enhance system performance through monitoring and analysis, as well as performance tuning.
- Keep internal systems and customer deployment documentation up-to-date.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation (approximately one week on call, one week on backup per month).
- Respond to support tickets and incidents in a timely manner consistent with SLA commitments.
