Job Title: Digital Performance Specialist

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their performance goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs, utilizing expertise in data analysis and technical skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and identify training opportunities.
  • Represent clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of data presentation and communication.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with web technologies, including HTML, JS, CSS, networking, Content Delivery Networks, and Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven ability to think proactively, develop solutions, and motivate teams to deliver results.
