About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to join one of the nation's largest networks of healthcare facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for physical therapists, PT assistants, center managers, and occupational therapists to build their careers in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with movement disorders, injuries, and physical impairments.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
  • Document goals, progress notes, pre-certifications, and physician reports.
  • Supervise assistants and aides as required by state law.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and state Practice Act guidelines.
Professional Development & Growth

Qualifications
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT or PTA program (or OT program).
  • Current California state licensure (or eligibility).
  • Outpatient experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
