Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Webflow sites using industry-standard methodologies for a maintainable structure.
  • Implement engaging front-end animations, transitions, and micro-interactions without compromising speed or usability.
  • Integrate dynamic functionality through Wized, including dashboards, forms, gated content, memberships, and more.
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow builds that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with strategists to launch regular split-tests and feature rollouts, driving continuous improvement.
  • Optimize Webflow projects for speed, SEO, and accessibility benchmarks, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
  • Debug, QA, and document builds to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
Necessary Skills:
  • Proficiency in Webflow development with emphasis on best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for extending Webflow functionality.
  • Experience with Wized for no-code/low-code applications.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and third-party services.
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, minification, and responsive images.
