Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire product pricing and sales process within a given region. This includes managing the product offering, suppliers, distribution channels, inventory levels, pricing strategies, promotions, supplier funding, personnel allocation, and budget management to achieve established sales and profit objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive profit growth and asset return.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and develop market-specific product offerings, branding, distribution, and pricing strategies.
  • Managing pricing, margins, discounts, and part number releases.

Primary Duties

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing products, brand, distribution, and marketing strategies.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and develop market-specific product offerings, branding, distribution, and pricing strategies.
  • Managing pricing, margins, discounts, and part number releases.
  • Collaborating with dealers and sales forces to identify specific product opportunities and requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Administration.
  • Experience in a commercial role such as Purchasing, Marketing, or Sales, preferably with knowledge of commercial vehicle aftermarket sales and distribution.
  • Strong analysis, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a team-oriented multi-functional business environment with global partners.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required; Spanish a plus; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) proficiency.
