Job Overview and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Manager to lead our team in enhancing the capabilities of our IT department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the group's transformation by accelerating growth, reshaping progress, and creating sustainable shared value.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement master data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead data governance initiatives, including data quality assessments, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities.
  • Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of master data across systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of master data specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP master data management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and master data objects (e.g., Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master).
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality management.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
