About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payment Partnership Associate to join our team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for driving significant growth in our business with existing payment partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support current local payment method business relationships
  • Monitor LPM relationships to identify problems, suggest improvements, and resolve issues
  • Support relationships with Acquirers to find new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Product and Technical teams to resolve issues or improve payment methods
  • Review commercial and contractual terms with providers
  • Align regularly with other teams to discuss LPM business and future plans
Requirements
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Payment market knowledge
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on in executing activities
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
