About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled, creative copywriter to develop engaging content for online and offline ads targeting the Brazilian market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their skills in persuasive and humorous language.

  • Develop organic content for our social media profiles, including educational and entertaining content, and stay on top of trends to use them effectively.
  • Create compelling ad campaigns that capture the attention of our target audience.
  • Foster strong relationships with graphic designers and video editors to ensure the quality of execution matches the briefing.
  • Proofread and Edit: Reviewing and refining content for accuracy, grammar, style, and consistency.
  • Suggest new ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends in the creative industry by conducting daily research, benchmarking ideas, proposing innovative concepts, and building a rich cultural background and repertoire.
  • Work under the guidance of the brand manager, learning from their experience while contributing to the overall success of marketing and advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Conversational in English and fluent in Portuguese (native speaker).
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with copywriting for ads and social media, including both digital and offline content such as social media ads, newsletters, websites, SMS, folders, and flyers.
  • Experience creating video scripts for ads is mandatory.
  • Experience in creating humorous content.
  • A highly motivated, creative individual.
  • A fast learner.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, Trello, etc., and online communication tools like Slack and Zoom (desirable but not mandatory).
