About the Role

Pride Global, a leading human capital solutions and advisory firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing backend services and solutions on the Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement backend services and APIs using Azure services and solutions.
  • Work with Azure Cosmos DB to manage data at scale, ensuring high availability and consistency.
  • Utilize Azure Search to build and optimize search capabilities within our applications.
  • Integrate Azure AI services to enhance application intelligence and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices and code reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services and industry trends to drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Microservices Experience: Experience on implementing microservice architecture on Azure cloud service.
  • Microservices architecture pattern while adopting a microservices approach.
  • Monoliths to Microservices Transition: Experience in transition from a monolithic to a microservices architecture.
  • Language Proficiency: Experience with MERN stack.
  • Event-Driven Architectures: Experience on event-driven approach and expertise in significantly improving system performance or scalability.
  • Cloud Experience: Through knowledge of Azure Cloud Service.
  • Serverless Experience: Experience on using serverless architecture.
  • Scalability and Performance: Experience in addressing the scalability concerns when designing and implementing microservices architectures.
  • Monitoring and Debugging: Experience of monitoring and debugging in a microservices and serverless environment.
  • Security in Microservices: Handling security challenges in a microservices architecture.
