Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our expert annotation team in creating training data for the world's most advanced AI models. This is a long-term opportunity with no end date expected for the next 2 years, with the possibility of ending the contract at any time with a 12-month commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code, including human-readable summaries of your rationale.
  • Solve coding problems, writing functional and efficient code.
  • Write robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively.
  • Solve coding challenges, create instructions to help others, review the code before it goes into the model, and engage with a variety of projects.

Pay Rates
  • US - $50/hour
  • Brazil - $28.70 USD/hour
  • Egypt - $22.05 USD/hour
  • Philippines - $25.55 USD/hour
  • All other Non-US countries - $35 USD/hour
  • Expectations are 15+ hours per week; however, there is no upper limit. You can work as much as you want to and get paid weekly based on hours worked on the platform.

Requirements
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in software engineering/software development or completion of a university-level computer science degree.
  • Complete fluency in English.
  • Ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency in writing.
  • Solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Recognized accomplishments or contributions to the coding community or in projects.
  • Proven analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Adept communication skills for discussing project requirements.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with coding advancements.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching AI models and experience with technical writing.
