We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Trial Manager to join our team at ICON Plc. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical portion of the budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Develop monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight.
- Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to optimize their performance.
- Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities, adhering to timelines.
- Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventive action plans when necessary.
- Foster productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role at a CRO.
- Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of monitoring experience.
- Global experience, particularly in managing regional operations across LATAM countries.
- Experience managing all trial components from start-up to database lock.
- Experience in coaching/mentoring CTMs, leading CTM teams, and participating in departmental initiatives.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
