About the Role:- Developing business through strategic relationship-building and documentation.
- Analyzing coverage, exposures, wordings, premiums, and insurability of energy risks, including oil & gas facilities, petrochemicals, pipelines, mines, and power plants.
- Coordinating cross-selling opportunities within Corporate Solutions to drive business growth.
- Participating in special projects and contributing to team operations to ensure efficient processes.
- Ensuring thorough documentation and clear communication with clients and brokers.
Our Energy Property underwriting team is based in São Paulo and focuses on reviewing risks and contacting clients from various energy sectors.
About You:- Minimum 8 years of experience in property energy underwriting with a passion for the energy insurance market.
- Deep understanding of main exposures and specificities inherent to each segment of property energy, such as energy onshore, mining, and power and utilities.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex risks and take informed underwriting decisions.
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Strong insurance/reinsurance knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a willingness to assist others.
- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to turn customer needs into successful deals.
