
Technology Sales Development Representative Needed

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technology Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is open to applicants in LATAM only, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Create leads of sales opportunities for leading technology companies
- Conduct phone calls to potential customers to identify business opportunities and gather key information
- Meet weekly metrics in phone calling, revenue, and quality, with parameters including call effectiveness, information gathering while documenting it, and product/solution knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Detail oriented and able to document information accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
- Resilient mindset to handle objections and rejection
Benefits:
- Advanced English level (at least 90%)
- Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment, or a combination of at least 2 years in outbound sales and maximum of 1 year in inbound sales
Others:
- Sales experience in the US Market is desirable
