Em nossa empresa de entregas, buscamos um Agente de Suporte ao Cliente Especializado para desempenhar um papel fundamental na prestação de serviços de alta qualidade aos nossos clientes.
Responsabilidades:
1. Atender aos clientes por telefone, e-mail, chat, redes sociais e outros canais de comunicação;
2. Esclarecer dúvidas e fornecer informações sobre os serviços da empresa;
3. Acompanhar o status das entregas e resolver problemas e reclamações dos clientes de forma rápida e eficiente;
4. Registrar todas as interações com os clientes no sistema de atendimento ao cliente.
Requisitos:
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, habilidades de comunicação eficazes e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
