About the Role
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our members. You will lead a team of Community Associates to create a positive working environment that fosters customer satisfaction and retention.

About You
We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual who can motivate their team to deliver exceptional service. You should have excellent communication skills, ideally in the hospitality or events industry, with 3+ years of strong customer service and escalation handling experience. Additionally, you should be comfortable leading others, providing sales support, and taking ownership of problems to find solutions.
