Business Analyst - Operations Excellence

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Operations team in driving business success through data-driven decision-making.

They serve millions of U.S. households with over 19 million policies nationwide through extensive networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Assisting in sizing initial project ideas to understand potential impacts.
  • Measuring the impact after implementation to assess success and identify necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into application updates or new developments.

Requirements:

  • Ability to create professional presentations to visualize trends and communicate findings effectively.

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Intermediate Data Analytics skills.
  • Entry-level knowledge of Insurance Industry and Portfolio Management.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Entry-level knowledge of PowerBI.
