We are seeking an exceptional Senior Flutter Developer to join our team in Latin America. This is a full-time opportunity with 40 hours per week.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Advanced English skills required.
  • College degree or higher is necessary.
  • Proven expertise in Flutter, Dart, React Native, and cross-platform UI/UX design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, state management tools, and native modules for iOS and Android.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to work through complex issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Proficiency in continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Meaningful experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects.
