Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of client companies and specific job positions.
- SOURCE AND IDENTIFY POTENTIAL CANDIDATES ON PROFESSIONAL PLATFORMS.
- Write and send tailored messages to engage and attract candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Participate in candidate interviews and assessments as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical recruiter role at a recruitment agency where you are focused on sourcing candidates on professional platforms and reaching out via multiple channels.
- Proven experience SOURCING SOFTWARE ENGINEERS FOR STARTUPS AND UNDERSTANDING VARIOUS SOFTWARE ENGINEERING POSITIONS, INCLUDING ASSOCIATED LANGUAGES AND TECHNOLOGIES.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Post-secondary degree in any field.
Bonus Points:
- Coding experience (professional or personal)
- A college or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar is strongly preferred
