We are seeking a talented Brand Manager International Personal Care to join our Marketing division and work on the Huggies brand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing bold, pioneering innovation for the Huggies portfolio, driving brand growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing innovative strategies for the Huggies brand, including premiumization and consumer-inspired innovations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver brand growth and business objectives, including Research & Development, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and Finance.
- Develop the 1-3 year innovation calendar for Australia, South Korea, China, Indonesia, and Brazil markets, aligning with brand strategy and consumer insights.
- Uncover new consumer insights and develop winning consumer propositions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products and/or services, ensuring project delivery within set timelines.
- Partner with the digital team to win in social platforms with appealing and localized content to be executed at scale.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure business goals are met.
We are looking for a high-performing individual who is passionate about brand building, self-starting, and demonstrating ownership and learning agility. You will have a background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of working experience in the consumer goods industry. You will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
