Strategic Accounting Leader

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving the accounting function for our Latin America region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with prior experience leading, developing, and coaching teams. They will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, evaluating and improving department controls, systems, and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing daily activities of the accounting team
  • Ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures
  • Evaluating and improving department controls, systems, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Preference for licensed CPA or chartered accountant
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
