About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust front-end and back-end components, building scalable RESTful APIs, and collaborating with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop front-end and back-end components using industry-leading technologies.
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs and optimize performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Search & Indexing technologies such as ElasticSearch.
  • DevOps & CI/CD skills including Jenkins, Bash scripting, and Git.
  • Architecture expertise in Microservices and containerization.
  • Testing methodologies including TDD/BDD.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to clean code principles (DRY, SOLID).
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

This is a CLT contract with full benefits, paid in BRL. The role is remote with opportunities to work with our Brazil and US-based teams. Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with experience on engineering enablement or platform teams, contributing to engineering-wide initiatives, or shipping features to customers in collaboration with design and product management. DevOps or SRE experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is also desirable.
