As a highly skilled Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and effective advertisements that drive business growth.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in creating paid advertisements specifically for Meta Platforms, UGC, direct response marketing, and bonus points if experience with writing copy for landing pages.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the full creative process of ad briefs from scripting to final creative production.
- Write high-converting copy for listicles, advertorials, quiz funnels, and more.
- Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels.
- Script UGC Direct Response creatives.
- Analyze data from creative performance on Meta to dissect, analyze, and improve upon our creatives.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to come up with new creative concepts and ideas.
- Conduct strategic customer and competitor research to optimize creative efforts.
- Improve current and future copy through direct response marketing talent.
Requirements:
- Fully remote work.
- Fluent English language skills.
- 4+ years of direct response expertise.
- Proficiency in performance analytics tools.
- Experience with creating UGC briefs for creators.
- TOF Ad Copy creation skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset.

Accountabilities:
- Produce 15-25+ high-converting ad scripts per week.
- Weekly iterations on top-performing ads.

- Continuously refine ad concepts and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.
