About the Role

The Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. Consumer business is seeking a bright, motivated, and team-oriented professional to support our team and its leader. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop administrative skills and experience in a diverse and supportive community.

In this position, you will work closely with other administrative professionals within the International Consumer, Finance, and Operations organizations. Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities is crucial, as this position will work closely with multiple geographies and the rest of the company.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team and its leader in administrative tasks.
  • Develop administrative skills and experience in a diverse and supportive community.
  • Work closely with other administrative professionals within the International Consumer, Finance, and Operations organizations.

Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Executive Assistant, Business Administration, or other related field with a graduation conferral date between December 2025 to December 2027.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate ability to speak, write, read, and understand written and spoken English.
  • Advanced ability to communicate verbally and in written form in Portuguese.
