Our organization requires an individual to oversee the implementation and management of compliance policies. This role involves ensuring that all employees adhere to a set of ethical guidelines and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering policies related to bribery, corruption, and fraud prevention.
This position plays a key part in mitigating legal risks associated with corruption and bribery laws. To achieve this, we need someone who can provide oversight and support for our global governance framework. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management.
The job holder will also be required to conduct regular audits and reviews of compliance initiatives. Additionally, they will need to stay up-to-date with changes to relevant laws and regulations, analyzing their impact on our organization.
In order to excel in this role, you should possess strong project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You must also have experience working with international teams and navigating complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance strategies
- Monitor and analyze changes to laws and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of compliance initiatives
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies
- Accredited lawyer or certified compliance professional preferred
- Solid experience in-house in compliance
- Full proficiency in English and Portuguese required
