We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As part of this role, you will provide specialized assessments and interventions to our service users utilizing adequate SLP strategies.
You will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive assessments, providing therapeutic packages, and ensuring that high standards are reached and maintained. This includes managing caseloads, monitoring progress, and modifying treatment plans as needed.
Additionally, you will establish and maintain effective communication networks with other staff members, clients, carers, and other health workers and agencies.
